Traffic management works can require permissions, notices or applications before equipment is installed on the highway. Peak Traffic Management provides permit and application support to help clients organise the traffic management side of planned works across Derbyshire, the East Midlands and West Midlands.

 

The exact requirements can vary depending on the location, road, local authority, type of works and duration of the traffic management. Our role is to help clients prepare the relevant traffic management information and supporting details needed for the proposed scheme, reducing the risk of avoidable delays caused by incomplete or unclear submissions.

 

Where appropriate, this can be coordinated with traffic management plans and drawings, road closures, temporary traffic lights, lane closures and other site requirements. Bringing these elements together at an early stage helps create a more organised route from initial planning through to the works taking place on site.

 

Permit approval remains subject to the relevant highway or local authority requirements, but our team can support the process and help ensure the traffic management proposal is clearly presented.
